Meet Samantha Fleming, Dispensing Technician and co-owner of Kerikeri Optometrists. She’s been working in the industry for over 20 years but before that Sam studied psychology and linguistics, working as a special needs therapist with children with autism. Sam also spent 3 years doing night classes in sign language and while she doesn’t claim to be fluent, she can hold a conversation about glasses and eye health in sign language.

Outside of work, Sam’s into anything creative and enjoys (crafts, sewing, photography and spending time with the two special men in her life, husband Chris and toddler Brodie.
